Maple Ridge, BC · Registered Massage Therapist
Evidence-informed massage therapy for musculoskeletal conditions, injury recovery, and whole-body well-being. Serving Maple Ridge since 2009.
Treatment Philosophy
"Every session begins with thorough assessment. Treatment is never one-size-fits-all — it is planned specifically around your condition, history, and goals."
A calm, professional environment. Careful listening before hands ever touch. A plan that is yours alone — not a template. This is what it means to receive treatment that actually works.
Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply carrying the weight of daily stress — you deserve a therapist who takes the time to understand the full picture.
About Dana
I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and have maintained a continuous professional practice in Maple Ridge ever since. My clinical rotations included the Vancouver General Hospital Burn Unit, J.F. Strong Rehabilitation Centre, and George Pearson Centre.
My practice centres on the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, with a personalized focus on fascial dynamics — a rapidly evolving area of therapeutic science. I have treated athletes at the BC Bike Race and attended the International Fascia Research Congress.
What We Treat
Personalized techniques address the root causes of pain and dysfunction — not just the surface symptoms — for meaningful, lasting results.
Addressing the root cause of ongoing muscle and joint pain rather than masking symptoms. Techniques are selected based on your specific presentation and condition history.
Therapeutic massage activates the body's relaxation response, lowering cortisol and restoring balance to the nervous system. The results are felt long after the session ends.
From acute soft tissue injuries to post-surgical rehabilitation, treatment is carefully calibrated to each stage of healing — accelerating your recovery without pushing too hard.
Personalized work with the fascial system — connective tissue that runs throughout the body — to address movement restrictions, chronic tightness, and postural imbalances.
From pre-event preparation to post-event recovery, sports massage supports peak performance and helps athletes at all levels stay in the game longer and recover faster.
Ongoing management of conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, and chronic back pain — with a treatment plan that evolves with your changing needs over time.
Your Treatment Journey
A thorough review of your health history, main concerns, and treatment goals — grounded in the latest clinical evidence.
A treatment plan built around your specific needs, not a generic protocol. Techniques are chosen for maximum clinical effect.
Hands-on therapy in a professional, comfortable environment. Pressure, pace, and focus adapt to how your body responds.
Personalized exercises and self-care guidance to maintain and build on treatment gains between sessions.
Regular reassessment ensures your plan evolves with you — keeping outcomes on track and adjusting as you improve.
