Registered Massage Therapist
Evidence-informed massage therapy for musculoskeletal conditions, injury recovery, and whole-body well-being — delivered in a calm, professional setting in Maple Ridge.
Specialized techniques address the underlying causes of ongoing muscle and joint pain — supporting meaningful, lasting relief rather than treating symptoms alone.
Therapeutic massage activates the body's natural relaxation response, helping reduce stress and promote a balanced, settled nervous system.
By improving circulation, reducing fascial restriction, and restoring movement, massage helps the body's own healing processes work more effectively.
From acute injury to chronic tension, treatment is tailored to your specific condition and goals. Below are some of the most common reasons people seek care.
Chronic and acute pain throughout the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
Tension-related and cervicogenic headaches stemming from neck and upper back tightness.
Soft tissue injuries, strains, and recovery work for active and athletic lifestyles.
Nerve-related pain radiating through the lower back, hips, and legs.
Jaw tension, clicking, and pain often linked to stress, posture, and bruxism.
Restricted shoulder mobility and adhesive capsulitis recovery.
Recovery from motor vehicle accidents and related soft tissue trauma.
Prenatal support for low back pain, hip tension, and pregnancy-related stress.
Carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, and pain from desk work or repetitive motion.
Foot and heel pain from inflammation of the plantar fascia.
Discomfort stemming from prolonged sitting, screen use, or imbalanced movement patterns.
General muscular tension, anxiety-related tightness, and sleep-disrupting pain.
I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and have operated a continuous professional practice in Maple Ridge ever since. My training included clinical rotations at Vancouver General Hospital Burn Unit, J.F. Strong Rehabilitation Centre, George Pearson Centre, and a range of specialized athletic event settings.
My practice focuses on the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, with a particular emphasis on fascial dynamics. I have provided treatment to athletes at the BC Bike Race and participated in the International Fascia Research Congress.
Outside the clinic, I maintain an active lifestyle through hiking, jogging, skiing, and other outdoor pursuits — an approach to health that directly informs how I support each person I treat.
Every session begins with thorough assessment. Treatment is never one-size-fits-all — it is planned specifically around your condition, history, and goals, and refined as we progress.
A calm, comfortable clinical environment designed to support effective treatment and genuine relaxation from the moment you arrive.
We take the time to thoroughly understand your history, lifestyle, and specific concerns before treatment begins — and revisit these regularly as you progress.
Sessions are carefully structured to address your unique condition. Techniques, pressure, and focus areas are selected for maximum clinical effectiveness.
A thorough review of your health history, main concerns, and treatment goals — grounded in evidence-based clinical practice.
A treatment plan built around your specific needs, condition, and lifestyle — never a generic protocol.
Hands-on therapy using proven techniques delivered in a professional, comfortable environment.
Personalized exercises and self-care guidance to help you maintain and build on treatment gains between sessions.
Regular reassessment ensures your treatment plan evolves with you, keeping outcomes on track.
Maple Ridge is more than just where my clinic is located — it's home. With deep ties to this community, I understand the active, outdoors-oriented lifestyle many of my clients lead, and I tailor treatment to help support it.
Surrounded by mountains, rivers, and forests, Maple Ridge offers an exceptional backdrop for restorative care. This environment shapes my approach: holistic, grounded, and focused on helping you return to the activities you love.
Massage therapy is a rapidly evolving field, and staying current with the science matters. I am committed to continuous professional development — regularly advancing my knowledge of new techniques and evidence-based practice to ensure clients receive the most effective care available.
From the International Fascia Research Congress to specialized athletic settings, my experience spans clinical and performance environments. Every session draws on this depth of training to deliver results you can feel — backed by research, refined by practice.
